Stephanie is a highly experienced and talented real estate agent who works very hard for her clients. She understood well what our criteria were. Stephanie previewed multiple properties for us and sent us excellent custom tour videos that saved us time while making us feel as though we were actually touring the homes ourselves. Incredibly adaptive, knowledgeable, friendly, and wise. When my girlfriend and I finally made the decision to try and purchase a home, we definitely didn't have any of our paperwork and money organized. We had a loose idea of where we wanted but were fairly flexible. After working with our loan agent, we had to go back to the drawing board multiple times in order to qualify for our loan. I mention all of this because Stephanie managed to stay in touch and check in with us about our ongoing process of qualifying for a loan. She took the time to get to know us at the beginning of our search and cultivated a list of houses that fit our tastes. (We like odd homes). In the over-year-long process of Stephanie representing us, we made one offer on our dream house and it was accepted at the asking price. Could not have asked for anything to go better.
